These beads are very sweet, but are qUITE a few shades darker, + a grayer* pink than the photo, so I can’t use them for my planned project, but I might try them on something else? I like the feel of them (after the mold release is washed off), they’re a bit larger than I was thinking, I should’ve consulted my caliper. They do have a vintage spirit. I’d say they are the old fashioned 1920’s gray pink that people in the 90’s called “rose pink”, or “antique pink”. The ones in the photo are not antique pink, but a lighter* pure pink, like a blush* pink, so that’s what I was expecting. Since it is nowhere near blush pink, now it feels like I paid too much for them as I had no plans for a rose pink project; rose pink doesn’t make my heart jump, but the edited photo with blush pink did. I wish they were blush pink. Very big difference.

Prettier than the picture, classic dark rose vintage Japanese (if not Cherry Brand, very close).
