Ordering & Payment
Placing Orders and Managing Payments
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
You can modify or cancel your order within one hour of placing it. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
During checkout, enter your discount code in the designated field and click "Apply." The discount will be reflected in your order total.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Options and Tracking Orders
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. During holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer—but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Please Note: Set Stones are made to order and may require extra processing time if you have placed a larger order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number on our website or the carrier's tracking page to follow your shipment.
Delivery times vary by shipping method:
According to the United States Postal Service website, Domestic first Class USPS should take 1-5 business days. (Once received by post office).
Priority Mail USPS should take 2-3 business days.
We also provide alternate shipping services through FedEx and UPS. Upon checking out, you can select a preferred shipping service. The shipping cost and estimated shipping time will be calculated for you when you place your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Our flat rate shipping of $6.99 is for USPS Standard shipping.

Yes, we offer free domestic standard shipping for all orders over $100.
We offer a low Flat Rate Shipping of $6.99 for all other orders. (This will be shipped through USPS).
You can change your shipping address before the order is dispatched. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to update your address.

Returns & Refunds
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued for returned item(s) only and do not include original shipping charges. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
