1. Shipping Times: Orders usually process within 2 business days. Times may increase during holidays or sales.
2. Made-to-Order: Set Stones may require extra processing time for larger orders.
3. Domestic Shipping & Rates: We ship within the United States using USPS. 
4. Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100. Flat Rate: $7.99 for orders under $100 (via USPS Standard).
5. Estimated Times are according to USPS website and apply to normal shipping conditions: USPS First Class takes 1-5 days business days; Priority Mail takes 1-3 days business days. (Once received by post office)
6. Tracking: Emails with tracking numbers are sent upon shipment.
7. International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.
