Cherry Quartz is a manmade mixture of clear glass with swirls and flecks of deep pink. To create Cherry Quartz, glass is melted in a furnace and then combined with a coloring agent to produce the swirling inclusions of pink within the clear material. After the glass has cooled, it is cut and polished to look just like a Quartz gemstone.
